The band’s name is inspired by an ancient Roman road in the Alps, reflecting the brothers’ formative years studying guitar in Switzerland. From their college beginnings, they have evolved into Billboard and iTunes charting artists, often hailed as “the next generation of jazz fusion.”
Roman Street has shared stages with legends including George Benson, The Gipsy Kings, Ziggy Marley, Boney James, Dave Koz, The Rippingtons, Earl Klugh, Jesse Cook, Fourplay, Maroon 5, Michael McDonald, Béla Fleck, and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
